Enjoy our delicious selection of sweet and savoury brunch dishes inspired by classic British recipes served with a Floridian influence. Our brunch menu has been carefully crafted to accommodate to all tastes and dietary preferences, offering both healthy, nutritionally dense dishes such as our Dragonfruit Chia Parfait, as well as delicious indulgent options such as our infamous Vanilla Bean Waffles loaded with dark chocolate and caramalized banana. All of which have been curated by our in house nutritionist and B&Co. chef Evie Beswick.

SANDWICHES, TOASTIES & SALADS
Our sandwiches, toasties and salads are made fresh to order daily, prepared with delicious, wholesome, garden-fresh ingredients and local artisan baked breads. Our mouthwatering hot toasted "Toastie" sandwiches are made with crunchy sourdough and our cold fresh sandwiches are made on scratch baked ciabatta. Our salads are chopped and dressed in house made with B&Co. homemade vinaigrettes to ensure that they are comprised of only the highest quality ingredients limited in number and processing. Loaded with macronutrients, fibre, healthy fats, slow releasing carbohydrates. We also offer the ability to add protein through our menu add-on options.

DRINKS & BAKERY
Our specialty baked goods including our intensely chocolaty dark chocolate brownies, gooey on the inside crisp on the outside brown butter cookies, British buttermilk scones moist banana bread and seasonal cakes, are all baked fresh in house. Our assorted breakfast pastries and breads are supplied by local artisan bakers. B's hot/iced coffees are all made with our signature coffee blend which has been carefully crafted and roasted to produce a smooth full bodied flavour profile, with notes of silky chocolate and toasted nuts and an aroma of rich caramel. In our opinion, it's perfectly balanced to suit everyone, whilst still packing a uniquely delicious punch. Try our specialty Bourbon Vanilla Latte or our Cinnamon "Dirty" Chai Latte. Or try our refreshingly delicious traditional lemonade or peach iced tea perfect for the Florida weather.
